Following are routine and complaint inspection reports for Henrico County food establishments inspected recently by the Henrico Health Department, according to Virginia Department of Health guidelines. Deficiencies are noted as “priority” or “priority foundation” (posing a direct or immediate threat to the safety of the food being served) or “core” (representing a failure of cleaning or maintenance). Inspections represent only a snapshot of the establishment on a specific date and time and may not be representative of its overall cleanliness, according to the VDH. Unless noted, all reported violations were corrected at the time of inspection or shortly thereafter.

Arby's, 11298 Patterson Avenue – One priority violation reported (sanitizer bucket observed stored on counter at the dessert station next to uncovered container of cherries) and no priority foundation violations reported.
Einstein Brothers Bagels, 1368 Gaskins Road – One priority violation reported (several foods in top of prep refrigerator observed at improper temperatures, pan missing from unit while foods in process of being replenished after lunch, portioned chicken and tomatoes stacked high) and no priority foundation violations reported.
Ledo Pizza & Pasta, 4925 West Broad Street – One priority violation reported (chicken wings in bag on top of freezer unit next to fryer observed at improper temperatures) and one priority foundation violation reported.
Matchbox American Kitchen & Spirits, 11700 West Broad Street – One priority violation reported (herb butter, buttermilk dip at fryer station, stock at saute, roasted broccoli in salad prep observed at improper temperatures) and one priority foundation violation reported.
McDonald's, 11218 West Broad Street – No violations reported.
New Hunan Gourmet, 3107 Mechanicsville Pike – Three priority violations reported (employees observed failing to wash hands before engaging in food prep after using cell phones; foods – General Tso's chicken, wings, fries, egg rolls, cabbage – observed sitting out at room temperature and not marked for time control; pesticides observed being stored on shelves with food products) and two priority foundation violations reported.
Qdoba Mexican Eats, 4925 West Broad Street – No violations reported.
Sheetz, 7035 West Broad Street – No violations reported.

Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches, 4420 South Laburnum Avenue – No priority violations reported and one priority foundation violation reported.
Noodles & Company, 1601 Willow Lawn Drive – One priority violation reported (employee observed handling clean dishes after handling dirty dishes) and two priority foundation violations reported.
O'Charley's Restaurant, 6291 West Broad Street – No priority or priority foundation violations reported.
Sandston Bistro & Shake, 18 East Williamsburg Road – One priority violation reported (gyro meat observed piled high inside make table at improper temperatures, walk-in had slightly elevated temperatures) and one priority foundation violation reported.
Smoothie King, 10871 West Broad Street – Three priority violations reported (employees observed handling money then preparing smoothies without washing hands; food in unit on the line – bananas, kale, Greek yogurt – observed at improper temperatures; spray bottle with bleach water observed at improper concentration used to clean surfaces) and one priority foundation violation reported.
Taste Good Authentic Jamaican Flavor, 5156 Nine Mile Road – Three priority violations reported (employee observed preparing food after handling money and doing dishes without washing hands or changing gloves; jerk chicken covered in the one-door refrigerator observed at improper temperature after four hours; employee observed cleaning utensils at the three-compartment sink and not sanitizing them after washing them) and no priority foundation violations reported.

Saint Francis Home will hold its second annual Taste of Monte Carlo event from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at The Renaissance, 107 W.
