Cultural Arts Center announces fall class schedule

Classes ranging from yoga to jewelry-making highlight the fall schedule at The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen, which was announced today.

Classes cover topics including culinary arts, fiber arts, visual and performance arts and others. Instruction is structured to appeal to a wide range of abilities from beginners to experts of all ages. Class sizes are kept small, with generally no more than 15 students apiece.

"We are very proud of the breadth and depth of our instructional programs," said Arts Center President K Alferio. "Whether you're eight or 80, a novice painter or an expert photographer, we've got something for you."

"Happy Hour Art" returns with new monogram parties for those 21 and older. The events offer painting your own monogrammed door hanger/wall art. No artistic skills are needed. Students choose their own custom made sign to paint any way they choose. Each monogrammed hanger is solid wood for indoor or outdoor use. Paint, supplies, and a glass of wine are included in the price.

CACGA also offers private classes, with a minimum of 6 to 10 participants depending upon the class.
