CAT Theatre announces cast of ‘Wishing Well’

Directory Zachary Owen this week announced the cast for CAT Theatre's production of the comedy Wishing Well, which will run Jan. 20 through Feb. 4.

RTCC nominee Jacqueline Jones (Quartet, All My Sons, The Dixie Swim Club) will return to the CAT stage as the matriarch of the Cauthen family. In keeping with CAT's mission to provide opportunities for local artists, the group will welcome four new actors to the stage: Kerrigan Sullivan (head of the John Tyler Community College Theatre Program) will play Callie Quayle; Rachel Dilliplane will play Cindy Cauthen; Arik Cullen will play Dennis Quayle; and Jonel Jones will play Richard Smalls.

Wishing Well is CAT Theatre’s contribution to the 2017 Richmond Acts of Faith Festival. The play centers around a stormy weekend with the dysfunctional Cauthen family at their island vacation home, where family members relive memories, analyze relationships and share family wisdom.

Opening night tickets (including a reception) are $33 in advance and $35 at the door. General admission tickets for the rest of the run are $23 in advance and $25 at the door. CAT also has discounted subscription options, as well as student and group discounts.

CAT Theatre is located at 319 N. Wilkinson Road, Henrico, Virginia 23227.
